Juan P. Ortega is the CEO and co-founder of Authority AI, a full-service AI transformation partner and digital marketing company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For the first 20 years of his career, he was an executive with several of the world's top luxury hotel companies, leading operations and teams under real pressure and learning firsthand what makes a business scale, or stall. In 2012 he moved into business coaching and consulting. With more than 10,000 hours coaching and consulting companies, he was named a Top 20 Global Business Coach in 2022 and wrote two business books. In 2018 he launched a digital marketing agency to give his clients a full execution arm, not just advice. In 2024 the agency rebranded as Authority AI, with AI at its core. Today Juan runs the company with a team of people and AI, and helps businesses put AI to work. On stage, he speaks on AI, business growth, transformational leadership and marketing, bringing that lived experience to leaders who want to grow, lead change and get ahead of what AI makes possible.
